Who Are We?
Jeannine Walsh
Jeannine was awarded the Medal of Order of Australia in 2008 for her service to the business community.
She is a founding member (1989) and was a board member of the Australian Teleservices Association (ATA) for 25 years. She is also a fellow of the Institute of Financial Services (IFS) and a board member of “A Start in Life” children’s charity.
Jeannine has had a varied career spanning 31 years with St George Bank. She has held a number of leadership roles and is highly regarded with many accomplishments to her credit.
Her career in the Contact Centre industry spans over 25 years. In 1988 she established St. George Direct (St George Bank), which has won many awards. Since 2000 she has consulted into a number of companies providing Contact Centre / Customer Management Services and Wellness @ Work programs.
She founded Wellness First International Pty Ltd and commenced the Wellness @ Work programs and consulting in partnership with Camille de Picot in 2005. Their purpose is to create a healthier, happier and more productive workplace so people can perform at their optimum, thereby increasing engagement and reducing running costs linked to absenteeism and presenteeism.
She believes that happy and healthy people not only perform at their optimum but are passionate about their workplace and their role in it.
Camille de Picot
Camille is a remarkable and engaging facilitator with an earlier career in International Marketing based in Paris, Tokyo and Singapore.
During her time in Asia, she became interested in personal growth work and studied the connection between body, mind and emotions. Camille has trained in transpersonal psychology and has conducted extensive research in the field of health and wellbeing.
She is the co-founder and a director of Wellness First International Pty Ltd and facilitates workshops, conferences and one-to-one coaching on health/wellbeing and peak performance in organisations that include banking, finance, insurance, utilities, health, government, education, retail and recruitment industries. She has a special focus on nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management, positivity and work/life balance.
Originally from France, she has been living in Australia since 1998 with her husband and teenage son.
She endeavours to walk her talk and practices a balanced lifestyle. She is passionate about growing herself and empowering people to live a healthier and happier life.
